Q: Why move?
A: I don’t see myself settling in my current city/country (Amsterdam/Netherlands). The climate is poor, people could be more cordial, and the ladies are not what I’m looking for emotionally and spiritually.

Q: Why set a deadline for finding a place to settle by end of 2010?
A: Why not? I think 2.5 years is a good, reasonable goal to find a place to settle in.
Q: What kind of a timeline do you have set for this plan?
A: Decide on objective criteria to find a city to settle in by end 2008. Do research and make a shortlist of 3-5 cities by end 2009. Visit cities on shortlist I haven’t been to yet in 2009 or early 2010. Start looking for jobs and make moving plans second half of 2010.
Q: Don’t you think it’s a dubious proposition to make such grand plans?
A: No. Research has shown that making plans in pretty much all aspects of your life leads to better results. Finding and deciding on a place to settle is one of the most important endeavors in my life and planning for it properly is the smart thing to do. And I’m a daydreamer.
Q: What kind of photography do you do?
A: Travel photography and some female portraits. I have placed in an international photo contest, and am currently working on a stock photo contract. While I do have a website it’s with my full name, and I’d prefer to keep my privacy here.
Q: Is this a dating site?
A: No.
Q: But I’m a twenty-something, pretty healthy and sane single girl who lives in one of the short-listed cities! Are you still not looking for anyone?
A: I am a single guy, and my life situation is such that I am looking for a somebody to create a family with.
